Mechanical processing
High-speed movement provides dispersing, grinding and homogenising action. The operator sets the processing time.

Dispersing and homogenising system
An instrument for tissue and bone sample processing, designed for ProbeAX Evolution tubes. It prepares soft tissue, muscle, cartilage and bone for subsequent laboratory analysis.
In the daily workflow
High-speed movement provides dispersing, grinding and homogenising action. The operator sets the processing time.
A sealed tube and an additional plastic cover surround the sample during operation.
A compact design with accessible surfaces for cleaning. Tube selection depends on the specimen and protocol.

DOCUMENTATION
SpinAX AL0500 is the homogenisation instrument used with ProbeAX Evolution tubes. The documentation includes instructions, the complete manufacturer video, the December 2023 ADMED report, studies and conference presentations.

The AHEPA demonstration shows how the ProbeAX Evolution tube is loaded into SpinAX and how the homogenisation cycle is started. The system is used according to the current manufacturer’s instructions.
The AHEPA demonstration uses a one-minute cycle. The ProbeAX Evolution instructions, version 03 (05/07/2024), for AL0509/AL0510/AL0511/AL0511-B recommend one minute for standard samples, a sample weight of 500 mg, and adjustment to sample type and size. The current Axonlab AL0510 page, checked on 23/10/2026, describes the classic configuration with 5 ml of 0.85% NaCl and a two-minute grinding time. Confirm the exact reference, current instructions and the laboratory’s validated protocol before use.
The ProbeAX Evolution flyer lists subculture and molecular diagnostics. Its instructions require prompt downstream microbiological and molecular methods under internal laboratory procedures. Axonlab describes AL0510 as tested DNA-free for molecular analyses. Compatibility and optimisation of a specific method must be confirmed by the laboratory with the technical team.
ProbeAX instructions require a securely tightened cap, tissue completely covered by liquid and transport to the laboratory as quickly as possible. Processing and subsequent microbiological or molecular analyses follow internal laboratory procedures.
FROM THE DEMONSTRATIONS
The official Axonlab film and SpinAX listing specify a noise level below 56 dB. The film distinguishes ProbeAX Evolution disposable sample tubes from the SpinAX homogenising instrument. Confirm the exact equipment and operating conditions in the technical proposal.
